Agile organisation introduced and higher impact developed

The plan of action was the building of a target and key-index orientated management and the introduction of agile elements in the IT department of an international insurance concern.
Given there was almost no previous experience with this type of controlling, it was necessary to establish fundamentals for measuring performance. At the same time, it was important that at the management and staff levels, the needed acceptance and use of the key-index control was implemented.

Over a 2-year period the appropriate objectives were developed and communicated. Both leadership and staff were involved together in the building of a management system, along with the acceptance of this system. During the development and realisation of the plan, the leadership team was schooled and coached.
