Business strategy “Personnel” anchored in the HR area, and established acceptance for the reorganisation

The aim of the project in one of the TOP-8 German Savings & Loans was the restructuring and reorganisation of the HR department within the framework of the new business strategy “Personnel.”  The main focus was placed on department-wide establishment and acceptance of the mission, and the implementation of concrete measures for the improvement of the operational stability in each department. From the beginning on, a high participation rate of both leadership and staff was guaranteed. Through the implementation of agile elements in the company, daily control of operations was realised, leading to measurable reduction of complexity, as well as higher efficiency of the entire department.
