The project’s aim was to develop a positive performance orientation in inventory management.
Against the backdrop of fundamental organisational and technical changes, the procedures were not yet in a stabilised state. The fully completed changes had not been accepted by the team. The consequences were that the level of service was in danger of failing.

In an approach which was both practice and action orientated, growing acceptance for the change was accomplished. And what followed was a sharpened view for creative possibilities and an optimistic future scenario. Transparency, autonomy, and esteem were the keys to the team achieving authority and a productive performance orientation.
