The project’s objective was – through the new realignment of the global marketing
department – the minimising of complicated responsibilities; and, by expanding specialisation, to gain a higher efficiency. golisch consulting’s work concentrated on the preparation and execution of means of communication; as well as all stages from training to qualifying of the leadership team.
What was most important, was to design a “friction-free” process of change, and to guarantee the stability of the operation. Therefore, from the very beginning there was full cooperation by management and staff.
